As Vice President – Finance of The Buncher Company, Chris is responsible for managing all the Company’s property-related capital needs.

Chris manages all the debt and equity relationships required to finance the Company’s office, industrial, multi-family, hospitality, and mixed-use pipelines, from inception through closing, construction, lease-up, and stabilization or disposition.

Chris also supervises the Company’s real estate underwriting function, navigating projects through the Company’s intensive feasibility analysis and Executive Committee approval process, before securing the capital required to close the transaction. 

In this role, he oversees investments for the Company along with the asset management function and real estate team, focusing on performance, valuation, dispositions, and strategy for the portfolio. Chris also sits on the Company’s Investment Committee.

Prior to joining The Buncher Company, Chris was the Vice President of Accounting and Finance of Crescendo Commercial Realty. Chris earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Toledo. Chris holds both the CPA and CFA charterholder designations.
