Gregg currently serves as Executive Vice President leading the in-house portfolio leasing services for Buncher’s 8,000,000-plus square feet and will be the Broker of Record for Buncher Realty Services, the company’s third-party commercial real estate services division. Additionally, Gregg participates in the investment analysis for the dispositions and acquisitions envisioned by The Buncher Company.
He also serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors assisting in the overall vision and strategic planning for the Company including real estate development and investment strategies.
Gregg joined the firm in the middle of 2022 after serving as the Managing Partner, Market Leader, and Regional Principal for Colliers, a publicly traded global commercial real estate firm, being named a top producer nationally on four occasions. Previously, Gregg was the Regional Director of Commercial Real Estate for Coldwell Banker Commercial where he won accolades for his innovative education and mentoring programs.
He was appointed by Allegheny County Executive Rich Fitzgerald as a Director for Allegheny County Conservation District’s Board of Directors in 2016 and continues to serve the Board as a Member of the Executive Committee. He is also a long time Board Member of the Downtown Neighbors Alliance. Gregg attended the University of Pittsburgh and is the Chair of the Advisory Board for Pitt’s Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence, which is part of the prestigious Innovation Institute. He has also been a top fundraiser for the Allegheny Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society through 20 years of participation in the MS 150-mile Bike Ride.
