PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA – The Buncher Company is pleased to announce, they have acquired 213 23rd Street, located in the epicenter of all the Strip District development activity. The building is comprised of 25,000 square feet on three-floors, previously owned by Pennsylvania Macaroni Company and known as The School Board Building.
“While we evaluate various redevelopment options, this was an opportunistic purchase for our firm to further solidify our position as a long term believer in this important neighborhood. This is “main and main” in the Strip. As always, we will look to create placemaking that compliments all that is currently developing in one of the hottest markets in all of Pennsylvania”.
