PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA – The Buncher Company is pleased to announce, they have acquired the Center Point II shopping center in Center Township. Center Pointe II is a 23,975 square foot retail shopping center located at 140 Wagner Road in Beaver County.
Constructed in 2007, the tenant roster at Center Pointe II includes Panera Bread,
First Commonwealth Bank, Jersey Mike’s, T-Mobile, US Armed Forces, Crumbl Cookies, Vesuvio’s, and UBreakIFix (an Asurion Company). Located directly across the street from a Target/Kohl’s/Marshalls/Ross power center. “The acquisition of this strong retail center is another positive step as we continue to diversify the portfolio.” according to David Heaton, CEO.
Buncher currently owns Center Pointe I at 190-195 Golfview Drive in Center Township.
The 15,347 square foot retail strip center is also fully occupied. Stated Gregg Broujos, Executive Vice President of Leasing at Buncher: “Acquiring Center Pointe II was an easy decision as Center Pointe I is a few hundred yards away, we have scale from a property management standpoint. And we love the Beaver County retail market, with this immediate trade area at 97% occupancy.”
The Buncher Company was represented in this acquisition by Buncher Realty Services, their third-party brokerage firm, while the seller was represented by CBRE.
